Q: Is C.O.R.E Cycling® I all the certification I need to become an indoor cycling instructor?
A: Yes, once graduated you’ll have the knowledge required to create and deliver a dynamic indoor cycling class. You are responsible, however in obtaining your CPR.
Q. How do I register?
A. You are registered once you pay your tuition. Click on the Registration tab and follow the links.
Q: Are there prerequisites for enrolling in C.O.R.E Cycling® I?
A: Yes, you must love people, indoor cycling and music.
Q: What is the time commitment for this certification?
A: In total it takes approximately 24 hours over a weekend. It is broken down as follows:
Day 1 = 8 hours for manual review and in-depth instruction on fundamentals, including on bike work
Day 1 homework – 4 hours – craft a class
Day 2 = 8 hours for presentation and critiquing of your class
Day 2 homework – 4 hours – take home written exam
Q: Is it true that not everyone who goes through this program passes? Why is that?
A: Yes, this is very true. The C.O.R.E Cycling® certification program is designed with great
integrity at its core; integrity to safety and to tried-and-true cycling principles based on kinetically intelligent techniques.
There is no room for interpretation as far as these principles go. If it is assessed, AT ANY TIME, that a
participant is not a good fit, a refund will be issued MINUS A $150.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE.

Q: Do you offer this program in other provinces?
A: Yes we have certified instructors all over Canada. The only requirement for C.O.R.E Cycling® to come to you is to have a minimum of 10 participants.
Q: In what ways is C.O.R.E Cycling® different than other certification programs?
A: We offer a program based on Integrity, Safety, Connection and Rigour – please see the About page for a more detailed explanation.
